data to the ERGANI system.

Who does it apply to? Phase A expansion
– Beauty salons and hairdressers
– Hospitals and diagnostic centers
– Administrative and support activities
– Telecommunications
– Cleaning services

Phase A – Timeline
Phase A operates on a pilot basis from 2 June to 11 October.
It becomes mandatory from 12 October, after which penalties will be imposed on businesses that fail to comply
by the Labour Inspectorate.

Phase B applies to the following sectors:
– Advertising, consulting services, and other office activities
– Repair services
– Warehousing and logistics
– Water and wastewater management
– Gambling activities

Phase B – Timeline
Phase B operates on a pilot basis from 29 June to 15 November.
From 16 November, it becomes mandatory, and administrative penalties will be imposed on businesses that fail to comply
by the Labour Inspectorate.
Employers should pay particular attention to:
– The accurate declaration of working hours
– The proper use of the Digital Work Card
